Shipping & Delivery Time Period

For Domestic Orders – Within India

Shipping all over INDIA is free.

Once you place an order, you will get a WhatsApp message and an E-mail regarding your order confirmation. 

After confirmation, Shipping orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery in some pincodes might take longer than the usual time.

Please Note: 

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address. We do not ship orders on Sunday or any National Holidays. We will ensure you get a timely delivery of your order however we will not be responsible for any delays in condition beyond our control such as severe weather conditions, service interruption, natural calamities etc.

Transit times

If you ordered two or more items, it might be possible that you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Transit Risk

Krrystafee ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If the courier companies fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Krrystafee will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by our postal / courier agency.

 Alterations of Shipping Details

We do have an option of altering you address or phone number. However, it is only possible till the time the order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped we will not be able to alter your shipping details.

Shipment and Tracking Details

We will send you a WhatsApp regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies’ website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also track you order on our track my order page Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier or our websites.

 Shipping Charges

  • Within India, Krrystafee provides Only Prepaid Orders. 
  • We understand that there is a risk/hesitation involved while buying a products as a prepaid. In such case, for any payment related issues, you can contact us on our WhatsApp Number 89813 02512.
  • In case of an express shipping, please reach out to us on WhatsApp In case of an express shipping on order value below Rs.3000, the excess shipping cost needs to be borne by the customer.
